Secrets of Zanzibar 2 Movie Trailer

The folks at OuterShadow Productions are making a follow up movie to their machinima series Secret of Zanzibar. It just so happens that they asked me to do the voice over for their trailer. Go ahead and give it a watch.

Ghost Town (Original Machinima Score)

Didn't have much time to post this before (what with Halo Reach and all), but I composed a piece of music for Halo Union Production's "Ghost Town" machinima short (written and directed by Frank Martin).

The short film was entered into a 48 hour machinima contest (not sure if it won anything), so the whole shebang had to be completed in less than that amount of time in order to add it to the movie. I composed one other piece for Halo Union Productions prior to this, but they haven't released the video yet. Anyways, hope you enjoy! Just click the annotation in the video to see the actual short (just be warned: there's explicit language).

Secrets of Zanzibar Episode 4

OuterSahdowClan finishes up their Secrets of Zanzibar series with this three-part episode. I did quite a lot of voice overs for this one. Thanks for the opportunity to work on my evil laugh, OuterShadow.

Left 4 Dead 2 Review

Well, I finished up Left 4 Dead 2 and thought I'd give a short review.

I played the first Left 4 Dead game and didn't like it too much; it was just running around shooting zombies without much story. Left 4 Dead 2 is pretty much the same. While there are new characters, locations, zombie types, and melee weapons, it doesn't change things up too much. If you liked the type of game play in L4D1, you'll like L4D2. If you didn't, the sequel isn't gonna change your mind. I know it didn't change mine. I give it 6/10 stars. There's technically nothing wrong with the game, I just don't favor the style of game play.

As a last note, am I the only one who noticed this?

Halo: Reach Medley + Blog Update

I recently finished making a Halo: Reach Medley with some new music software I got (Apple's Logic). It's combination of the themes found in the tracks "Ghosts of Reach", "Lone Wolf", "Halo Reborn", "Released", and "Uphill Both Ways (Remix)". It turned out to be quite long, but I hope you enjoy.

Also, Blogger released some new templates that look a little bit more professional, so I switched the blog over to one of those. Hope you like the new look.

Secrets of Zanzibar Episode 3: Retribution

I did some more voice over work for OuterShadowClan. I once again voiced the characters of Xavo and the Rebel Leader.

Poorly Timed Dinner

So I try finding a show on TV to watch while I eat dinner that doesn't ruin my appetite.

  • Discovery Channel: Grizzled crab fisherman eating raw fish
  • Travel Channel: Naked tribesmen
  • History Channel: Fat guys trading stuff
  • Food Network: Rachel Ray

You know, I'd rather not watch TV while I eat.

Switch to Blogger

So I created this Blogger page (a mirror of my Wordpress site) to explore more blogging options. I have come up with a solution: I will keep my Wordpress site up and running and still say it's my official "website", however, I will rarely update it. The majority of my posts will be made on the Blogger site, which I will call my official "Blog". So if you want to see my posts, you better subscribe to my Blogger page.

O.D.S.T. Episode 1 - Ding. Bottom Floor

Continuing my voiceovers for OuterShadowClan as the Hornet Pilot, a.k.a. the gray spartan. Be warned though, there's some foul language.

I did a few of the voices for this video by OuterShadowClan; the General and the Hornet Pilot.
